I was going through some of my magazines to get ready to donate and I found this article about this site, CD Recycling For Free in an old Woman's Day. Anyway, you can send in old CDs and DVDs to be recycled.They have to be removed from cases and packed without any packing materials. Otherwise, it's stated that the packages will be turned away.
The site isn't as informative as I would like but if you have some old CD/Dvds you're wanting to get rid of, then this seems easy enough.
